1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr100" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the licensed operator of the pkr100 platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the pkr100 website accessible at pkr100.bet, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any applications made available by pkr100.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or is accessing the Platform with the intent to register.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by pkr100 to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or the sum of Bonus and deposit, as specified per offer) must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "CNIC" means Pakistan's Computerised National Identity Card, used as the primary identity verification document for pkr100 account holders.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by pkr100 in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkr100 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or services as notified to you from time to time.

These Terms are available in English. pkr100 strongly recommends that all Players read these Terms in full before registering. If you do not understand any part of these Terms, you should contact pkr100 support before proceeding. Ignorance of these Terms is not a valid defence in any dispute.

pkr100 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain a pkr100 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the pkr100 Platform or any affiliated platform;
• Not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of pkr100 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

pkr100 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Each player may hold only one Account. The registration of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr100 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr100 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account and using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.

You must not:

• Share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Allow any other person to access or use your Account;
• Transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any balance within it to another person;
• Access or attempt to access another Player's Account.

pkr100 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as activity carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr100 support immediately. pkr100 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or failed to notify pkr100 promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

pkr100 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pkr100 reserves the right to modify the list of supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• pkr100 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within standard interbank processing times.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts submitted during business hours are processed on the same day.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pkr100 compliance.
• pkr100 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to CNIC copies, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month, as displayed on the withdrawal page.
• pkr100 will not process withdrawal requests where the Account KYC verification is incomplete. Players are advised to complete KYC verification before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time of processing.

6. Bonus Policy

pkr100 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per offer.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically without further notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless pkr100 explicitly states otherwise in the offer terms.
• Abuse & Irregular Play: pkr100 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play risk, use of multiple Accounts, or collusion with other Players.
• Withdrawal Before Clearing: If a Player requests a withdrawal before a Wagering Requirement has been met, any active bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the pkr100 Platform — including slots, live baccarat, mini baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and all other titles — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by the specific rules displayed within that game interface, which Players are responsible for reading before play.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the pkr100 Platform are independently audited by certified testing laboratories to verify statistical fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Published RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between game outcome records on pkr100 servers and what is displayed on a Player's device — due to connectivity issues, software errors, or any other cause — the server-side record shall be authoritative and final. pkr100 reserves the right to void wagers placed during any period of verifiable technical malfunction and to refund the original stake.

pkr100 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or strategy. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The pkr100 sportsbook offers markets on cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), UFC, football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the Platform from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Bet Acceptance: pkr100 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Maximum stake limits apply and vary by market and event.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment before the minimum scheduled time is completed, obvious pricing errors, or events of force majeure. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) markets are subject to temporary suspension during periods of high activity or uncertainty (e.g., following a wicket, goal, or injury). pkr100 will not be liable for bets that cannot be placed during a suspension period.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body. pkr100 may use third-party data providers for settlement and will not be bound by broadcast errors or unofficial results.
• Match Fixing: Any bet placed on an event that pkr100 reasonably believes has been subject to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and the matter may be reported to the relevant authority. Any Player reasonably suspected of involvement in match-fixing will have their Account closed immediately.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr100 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display malfunctions to place bets or trigger outcomes that would not otherwise be possible;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the Platform;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at pkr100 staff or other Players.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the pkr100 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr100 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, and all other proprietary materials — is owned by or licensed to pkr100. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any pkr100 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior express written consent of pkr100. Unauthorised use of pkr100 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr100 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, whether or not pkr100 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

pkr100's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, exclusive of bonus funds.

pkr100 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. pkr100 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr100's liability for death or personal injury caused by pkr100's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

pkr100 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within the Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering is temporarily suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. An alert will be displayed when the limit is approached, and your session will be closed when it is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net play result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours). During this period you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkr100 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, pkr100 will also suppress all marketing communications.

If you believe your gambling is no longer within your control, pkr100 urges you to use the self-exclusion facility and to seek support from independent gambling support organisations. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income or as a means to recover financial losses.

13. Account Closure

You may request closure of your pkr100 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, pkr100 will close your Account within a reasonable time and return any verified real-money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) to your registered payment method.

pkr100 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• pkr100 has reason to believe that an Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate closure;
• The Player's jurisdiction restricts or prohibits access to the Platform.

Where pkr100 closes an Account for breach of these Terms, any Balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that has not met the applicable Wagering Requirement may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits (net of losses) will be returned where legally required to do so under applicable licensing obligations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pkr100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or a licensing authority directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure with return of your verified real-money Balance.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr100 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact pkr100 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pkr100 aims to resolve all Player complaints within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated under our licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause restricts any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
